What we collect

When you join the Street Dog Society loyalty club we store your name, mobile number, email (optional) and birthday. When you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation. This site uses no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To earn and redeem your points, notify you about rewards, answer your orders and questions, and, only if you opted in, send promotions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The providers we use to run the club (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and our point-of-sale system) process the data only for that purpose.

Your rights

Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the protection of personal data, you can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent by writing to info@laventanita.co.cr or on WhatsApp at 8833-6676. Points expire after 12 months without purchases; deleting your account also deletes your points.
